Agne Rupkute

Agnė has been exploring agility for over 10 years now and she has supported a number of teams through change - company reorganisation, growth and scaling.
She has coached teams and individuals on Lean methods, Kanban, Scrum, as well as different prioritisation and decision making frameworks. While Agnė wore many hats during her career - project manager, program manager, scrum master, people lead, she has always steered it towards people and interactions.

Her favorite part of the job is to find creative ways to get people talking and finding solutions in unexpected places.

Jane Kalnapenkis

Jane is a seasoned Agile Coach with a diverse background in the IT field, having held various roles - from User Support Specialist to Scrum Master, Agile Coach and Engineering Manager. The breadth of experiences allows her to combine different perspectives and be creative as well as flexible in her methodology. For example, have you tried using music for boosting up your meetings?

Jane specializes in improving ways of working to enhance efficiency, utilizing a variety of methods and tools, and driving for outcomes. She's passionate about finding root causes of issues while maintaining empathy and holding space for her team.
